The Studio8 difference

Unlike many drone pilots, we use a quadcopter which features a pilot and camera operator for creative cinematic footage from the sky. This allows us to create spectacular shots as one person can concentrate on the flying and the other framing the shot resulting in a much more cinematic look.

We work within the C.A.A. (Civil aviation authority) guidelines and are fully insured meaning everything we do is within the law.

What can be filmed or photographed?

We can shoot external shots or interior shots. Drones can be used to capture shots of mostly anything as long as we have permission to shoot the area in question and meet the safety rules of the CAA. Projects we have shot include, property, land, marketing videos, office spaces, shots for film, surveys, weddings and resorts.
